Join us for a monthly Cyr class and jam! This class is for all levels and no experience is necessary. Please bring CLEAN gym shoes (a separate pair to change into once you enter the building). No wheel necessary.
This class costs $25 and includes one hour of instruction from 8-9pm and one hour of jam to work on your skills from 9-10pm.
Come learn to spin on this immensely fun appatatus!
In this 90-minute workshop we will learn the fundamentals and basic techniques to get you started. Whether this is your first time spinning or your 1000th, Gabriel will teach you the techniques required to level up your spinning game.
For beginners, this workshop is required to use the Cyr wheels at the BCC or to attend any advance Cyr wheel workshops.
