Intermediate-Advanced Group Acro Training

Semi private coaching opportunity for intermediate to advanced partner acrobatics! This class is limited in the number of duos and trios to ensure a high quality of individualized coaching. Class will run weekly on Wednesdays from 6-8pm.
You MUST attend this class as a partnership, either pairs or trios. If you believe you’d be a good fit for this class but don’t have a partner please reach out and we will see if there’s someone who may be in the same boat!

Your group can share with us their goals for the class and we will tailor our coaching to meet each groups needs, so some groups may be working on different skills or at different levels throughout the class, though warmups and conditioning will be done as a complete group. Lines will be available for dynamic skills.

Prerequisites: Prerequisites: Consistent jump into L base h2h, 30+ second hold in standing f2h, and the willingness and ability to commit to weekly training outside of the class.
